Boot Barn is hiring a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Colorado. This role supports the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist to keep the sales floor stocked and inventory accurate, ensuring proper flow of merchandise and timely documentation.

The associate will handle tagging, freight input, transfers, and routines to maintain stock room organization while complying with company policies and procedures. Customer-focused teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and accurately ticketed.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify deliveries comply with company standards and procedures.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise prior to stocking the floor.
• Input freight information promptly into the systems.
• Complete required documentation and system entries on time.
• Maintain a clean and orderly stock room in compliance with guidelines.
• Adhere to all local, state, and company policies and procedures.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork with customers and partners.
