Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. The role ensures the sales floor is stocked and inventory is accurate, supporting our sales goals and providing an excellent customer experience.

You’ll help with timely documentation, system processes, and keeping the stock room organized. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working within Loss Prevention guidelines while maintaining a high level

Qualifications

• Must be able to process inventory with accuracy.
• Must maintain a neat, organized stock room and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per Company policies.
• Maintain Unit-Per-Hour productivity targets.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and Company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, teammates and vendors.
