Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Saint Cloud, MN to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist with inventory accuracy and merchandise flow. The role supports stocking, tagging and data entry to ensure a positive customer experience and achievement of sales goals.

The position is part-time with a competitive hourly rate and benefits. It emphasizes teamwork, flexibility with shifts, and adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor per guidelines and signage.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers and markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity and achieve UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
