Job summary

Boot Barn Seasonal Inventory Control Associate assists the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory control and ensuring stock on the floor to support sales goals. You will handle inbound/outbound inventory, ensure accurate deliveries, and maintain organized stock rooms.

You will work to meet UPH targets, follow company protocols for tagging, merchandising, and loss prevention, and collaborate with teammates and vendors to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Ability to process freight information accurately in company systems.
• Familiarity with EAS tagging and loss-prevention standards.
• Knowledge of ticketing and in-store signage guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policies.
• Maintain a high level of productivity by attaining UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with Company/State guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned; demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
