• 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position.
• 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required.
• 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients receive genuine and efficient service both during and after their store experience.
• Efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including cash handling, returns, and Mobile POS transactions.
• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers.
• Display product knowledge, brand history, and store policies to customers.
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization across all store hours.
