Qualifications

• Two seasons of paid experience with the Department of Recreation & Human Services or similar operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises rink staff during open skate.
• Collects rental and league fees.
• Orders supplies and materials for rinks.
• Assists in planning special events.
• Maintains skates by cleaning and sharpening.
• Teaches staff basics of ice skating.
• Assists with building and grounds upkeep.
• Computes daily cash reports: register, closings, and bank deposits.
• Prepares attendance summaries and other reports as requested.
• Assists in the recruitment and interviewing of new staff.
• Reviews staff time cards.
• Acts as a liaison to Youth Hockey.
