Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make ice cream cones and cups as requested by customers.
• Package ice cream in quarts, cookies, waffles, etc. for display.
• Prepare candy apples, caramel apples, and other holiday sweets.
• Assist in coffee when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Select, package, and price products at the service bar.
• Clean equipment and maintain hygiene standards.
• Operate cash register and accept payments.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Seasonal Ice Cream Host

Seasonal Hourly – $17.00 per hour

Must be at least 18 years and older

Season runs from Mid October to end of December.

Position Description

Ice Cream Host interact directly with customers at the service bar by answering any questions, offering recommendations, and making ice cream.

Your day-to-day

• Making ice cream cones and cups of the customers choosing


• Packaging ice cream in quarts, cookies, waffles, etc. for display case


• Making candy apples, caramel apples, and other holiday sweets


• Assisting in coffee when needed


• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions


• Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar


• Cleaning equipment


• Operate cash register and receive payment in various forms


• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations


• Assist in other duties, as assigned


• Provide exceptional customer service
