UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, accuracy, and customer service.

This role emphasizes high standards for organization, teamwork, and communications across the facility. The supervisor will guide safety training, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
