• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge base, consistent time management skills, and strong organizational skills to provide an effective consultative partnership with business management.
• Develops effective tools to organize, prioritize, delegate, and create solutions to meet HR initiatives in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Job Profile Summary: This position communicates and enforces human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, etc. This position provides HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility and requires close physical proximity to business operations covering one to multiple UPS locations. This position performs responsibilities that may vary by location including, but not limited to, the management of employee concerns, inquiry management, programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on-site learning facilitation.
