Responsibilities

• Administer multiple aspects of the hiring process, including processing rehire offers.
• Maintain professional, courteous attitude in high-pressure situations.
• Administer perk privileges and rewards to eligible parties.
• Administer onboarding for all employees and ensure accuracy of information.
• Understand I-9 documents and verify via E-verify.
• Produce ID cards for employees, dependents, and volunteers.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
• Respond to emails through ticketing system.
• Maintain all HR filing.
• Be knowledgeable of HR software and Deer Valley events.
