Williams-Sonoma, Inc. invites applications for a Seasonal Human Resource Generalist at the Olive Branch, MS distribution center. The role focuses on administrative HR support, associate relations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR floor presence to maintain high engagement.

You will collaborate with HR partners, analyze retention data, and help implement HR programs across operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years in HR within fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• At least 3 years Human Resources experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills.
• Clear communication and professional interpersonal skills, with an innovative and proactive spirit that adapts quickly to a distribution environment.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support various tactical HR functions, including streamline communications and process improvements for ad-hoc HR programs.
• Provide coaching and support to associates on HR-related questions, concerns, and policies.
• Maintain a visible HR presence throughout the distribution center and engage with operations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and COE to leverage expertise across teams.
• Analyze retention, exit data, and other HR information to provide insights.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and resolve seasonal onboarding issues.
• Coordinate communications for recognition programs and assist with peak operations coverage.
• Assist clients within the supply chain network and perform other duties as assigned.
