Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Human Resources Generalist to support administrative HR tasks, onboarding, and associate relations at the Olive Branch, MS distribution center.

The role focuses on providing floor-level HR presence, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration within the operations team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of HR experience in fast-paced environments, with knowledge of employment laws and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and HR experience in distribution or similar fast-paced environments.
• At least 3 years Human Resources experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative HR support, reports, leaves, and policy questions.
• Address associate matters and provide coaching on HR policies.
• Maintain HR floor presence and associate engagement.
• Collaborate with HR partners to implement programs across operations.
• Analyze retention and exit data to provide insights.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for seasonal staff.
• Coordinate recognition programs and assist peak operations.
• Support clients within the supply chain network.
• Other duties as assigned.
