The Housekeeping Supervisor at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is a full-time seasonal role responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations at the Country Inn. This position leads the housekeeping team, coordinates daily assignments, and ensures rooms and public areas meet Jiminy Peak's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Reports to the Housekeeping Manager. You will train staff, conduct regular room and public area inspections, communicate with Front Desk and Owners

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and to company standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, owner units, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Communicate daily with Front Desk and Owners Department to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and special requests are handled promptly.
• Respond to guest and owner feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Review guest survey results and take corrective action where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, inspections, and inventory of keys, supplies, and equipment.
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment focused on service excellence and attention to detail.
