Troon Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a seasonal Interior Design Manager to lead design initiatives from concept through installation, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This six-month role may transition to a full-time position at management discretion.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, FF&E procurement, and leading design presentations, floor plans, and drawings while coordinating with consultants and the Design Team to ensure project objectives are met

Qualificações

Minimum 3-7 years in a Senior or Mid-Level Design role or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree from a FIDER accredited Interior Design program preferred.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination.

Responsabilidades

Manage interior design projects from initial site visit and concept development through procurement, installation, and project completion.
Coordinate a team of Design Managers, Design Specialist and Assistants.
Develop and lead client-facing design presentations, including concept imagery, finish and furniture selections, plans, budgets, renderings, and project updates.
Produce design drawings and floor plans, and review drawings prepared by team members.
