RealFood Hospitality, Strategy and Design (RFHSD), part of the Troon family, is seeking an Interior Design Manager to translate passion for hospitality into kitchen, bar, and foodservice designs. The role supports a design team across all scopes, driving successful client experiences.

This is a seasonal position (6 months or less) with the potential to transition into a full-time role at management discretion, offering exposure to a broad range of hospitality spaces.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality design projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage interior design projects from concept to installation, coordinating budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, club management, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead FF&E sourcing, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare design presentations, finish and furniture selections, and renderings.
• Develop floor plans and space plans, review drawings for accuracy.
• Coordinate design workshops and client meetings.
