You will follow blend instructions, manage bale lots, and use a forklift for batch setup, with standard 40-hour weeks, possible overtime during peak harvest, and required PPE and safety training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA general safety standards.
• Ability to learn D365 system for internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow blend instructions to set batches/mixers up for production line.
• Ensure bale lots are organized and labeled for accuracy.
• Identify hop lots and grower number for bale batches/mixes.
• Feed bales according to blend instructions.
• Run bales to meet bale per hour targets.
• Operate forklift for batch set-up.
