Job summary

YAKIMA CHIEF HOPS INC is seeking a Seasonal Ground Crew member in Sunnyside, WA to weigh and cut product to meet production specifications. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and follow safety requirements. Experience in a similar role is beneficial. This is a non-exempt, hourly role, offering a competitive pay rate of $17.63 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months related experience with the ability to learn on the job.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 44 lbs occasionally to frequently.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, cut and package product efficiently and accurately.
• Record information from the breakdown and pick sheet.
• Activate machines and set up material for raw hop processing.
• Ensure company safety policies and regulations are observed.
