Responsibilities include packaging, weekly deliveries to PDX, quality checks, and equipment maintenance. The role requires a valid driver’s license, teamwork, safety focus, and physical capability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform ladder work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a collaborative environment.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to handle physical requirements (standing, lifting up to ~55 lbs, climbing, ladder work).
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and OLCC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Package beer per Hopworks procedures.
• Deliver weekly to PDX.
• Inspect products for quality during processing.
• Complete shift paperwork.
• Communicate order fulfillment status to departments.
• Report mechanical or material issues to supervisor.
• Attend team meetings and rotate positions as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
