Cherry Hill Programs in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Eastdale Mall to help lead the team responsible for magical holiday memories. You’ll support daily photo operations, drive sales and guest service, and assist the Local Manager with scheduling, training, and operations.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to return for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
