Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Quintard Mall in Oxford, AL. You will support daily photo operations, lead a seasonal team, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction during the holiday season.

You’ll assist with inventory, training, and scheduling, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, while delivering an exceptional guest experience at every Santa visit and photo session.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transactions role.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Help opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs.
• Respond to guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
