Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Moorestown Mall to guide the Santa photo set team, welcome families, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll bring energy, leadership, and customer service to create memorable holiday experiences for guests.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the photography division. Prior retail or guest-service experience is a plus, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest-service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
