Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Valley Mall (VA) to support Santa photo sets. This part-time role involves guiding the shift, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering warm, joyful guest experiences.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Experience in retail, service industry, or cashier roles preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
Operate POS system and photography equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
All other tasks as assigned.
