Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for the Mall of New Hampshire. In this role you’ll support our Santa photo sets, welcome families, assist with photos, and keep daily operations running smoothly while leading the team.

You’ll bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift, ensuring a joyful guest experience. This part-time, hourly position offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to return for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
