Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for the SanTan Village Regional Center in Gilbert, AZ. You will lead a team to deliver memorable Santa photo experiences, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service during the holiday season.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and scheduling while maintaining cash handling and deposits. This role requires flexibility, evenings, weekends, and peak periods, with opportunities for continued seasonal

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training and flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
