Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager in Chandler, AZ to lead a small team at the mall location. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure a magical Santa experience and guest satisfaction from start to finish.

You’ll build schedules, recruit and train staff, manage deposits and daily workflows, and collaborate with venue partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
