Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager in Tempe, AZ to support the Local Manager in daily photo operations and guest experience. You will help motivate and develop a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families.

You will promote a positive work environment, participate in opening/closing procedures, and assist with scheduling, training, and administrative tasks during the busy season. Photography experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager in daily photo operations and guest experience.
• Help recruit, train, and develop seasonal staff.
• Open/close procedures, scheduling, and inventory tasks.
• Capture photos and assist guests in selecting souvenirs.
