Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to support the Local Manager in leading a team, overseeing daily photo operations, and delivering a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families.

You will help motivate seasonal staff, drive sales, and maintain outstanding guest service. Photography experience is not required; training will be provided. Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience preferred.
• Customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to manage scheduling and training for seasonal staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
