Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to work with the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a magical Santa visit and memorable photo experience for families.

Responsibilities include opening-day prep, hiring support, inventory, scheduling, training, and delivering exceptional guest service. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered during and beyond the season.

Formación

• Must have strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Experience handling cash transactions is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
