The role involves production work, staging materials, and teamwork across a fast-paced holiday season. Regular 40-hour weeks with overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Creative with an eye for design and visual presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
• Experience in design, holiday decorating, lighting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic artistic ability required; basic electrical or lighting experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Construct holiday décor and props, including trees, wreaths, garland, and seasonal arrangements.
• Assist with warehouse preparation, organization, and staging of materials.
• Install live and artificial holiday decorations at commercial properties, both interior and exterior.
• Follow design instructions to ensure installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Complete projects within established labor budgets and scheduled timelines.
• Work as part of a team while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and fellow employees.
• Minimize material waste and maintain cost-conscious work practices.
