Job summary

Botanical Designs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Installation & Production Technician to build décor and props, including trees, wreaths, garland, and seasonal arrangements, under designer guidance and customer specifications.

The role involves assisting with installation at commercial properties, both indoors and outdoors, and supporting warehouse prep. Weekend overtime may be required; opportunities for continued seasonal employment exist based on need and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, holiday decorating, lighting, or related field preferred but not required.
• Basic artistic ability; basic electrical or lighting experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Construct holiday décor and props (trees, wreaths, garland, seasonal arrangements).
• Assist with warehouse prep, organization, and staging of materials.
• Install live and artificial decorations at commercial properties (interior and exterior).
• Follow design instructions to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Complete projects within labor budgets and timelines.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper equipment care.
