Job summary

Botanical Designs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Installation & Production Technician to build holiday décor and props, including wreaths, trees, garland, and seasonal arrangements, under designer direction and according to customer specifications. This role also assists with the installation of holiday décor at commercial client locations.

The position averages about 40 hours per week, with weekend work including Thanksgiving weekend possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in design or holiday decorating preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
• Strong eye for design and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Construct holiday décor and props (trees, wreaths, garland, arrangements).
• Assist with warehouse prep, organization, and staging of materials.
• Install live and artificial holiday decorations at commercial properties.
• Meet design specifications and quality standards within schedules.
• Work as part of a team and maintain professional appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and coworkers.
• Minimize waste and maintain cost-conscious practices.
