Botanical Designs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Installation & Production Technician to construct holiday décor and props and assist with installations at commercial locations in Saint Paul, MN. The role averages 40 hours per week with weekend work, and overtime may be required during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, holiday decorating, lighting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic artistic ability; basic electrical or lighting experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.

Responsibilities

• Construct holiday décor and props, including trees, wreaths, garland, and seasonal arrangements.
• Assist with warehouse preparation, organization, and staging of materials.
• Install live and artificial holiday decorations at commercial properties, interior and exterior.
• Follow design instructions to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Complete projects within labor budgets and scheduled timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and coworkers.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
