• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead practices to improve individual and team performance.
• Develop game plans tailored to opponents.
• Foster values of sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork and balance academics with athletics.
• Maintain practice, game, and transportation schedules, scores, records, and evaluations.
• Enforce school and AIA rules for eligibility and player safety.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, school staff, booster club, and community.
• Assist with other duties in the area of assignment.
