Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, train staff, and maintain high standards across the department. This role develops relationships with employees, management, and customers to foster a productive work environment.

Responsibilities include managing resources, implementing development plans, ensuring orientation and safety coaching, and promoting teamwork. This is a seasonal position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Experience supervising or managing teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
