Job summary

R.D. Offutt Farms is hiring Seasonal Line Workers for its Ripley, MN and Royalton, MN locations. The role focuses on contributing to farm labor during harvest, including grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the positions.
• Walk on uneven ground at farm locations.
• Ability to work overtime during harvest season.

Responsibilities

• Remove foreign material and non-standard product from processing equipment as directed.
• Work the conveyor line ensuring potatoes are graded to various standards and sorted.
• Follow tasks and directions given by crew leader.
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members.
• Maintain buildings and equipment in appropriate condition.
• Follow safety rules and company policies as specified in manuals and handbook.
• Conduct yourself professionally in the presence of customers and community.
• Participate in available training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with peers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
