Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, seeks a Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor to support the front office and ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk of Silver Baron Lodge. You will check guests in/out, balance tickets, and assist with reservations, transportation, and special requests as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in supervision is required, with leadership and mentoring skills valued.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Staff leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent understanding of computers, systems, and guest service tools.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and settle guest balances upon departure.
• Give guests directions, information, and instructions.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, childcare, and other activities.
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate, and evaluate the front desk staff.
• Balance and close out lift ticket sales and log tickets, vouchers, and gift cards.
• Assist with bellstaff and concierge duties and guest requests.
• Develop front desk processes to ensure smooth operation and flow.
