Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet guests, assist with transactions at the POS, and stay informed about current promotions and store policies.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, attention to security, merchandising support, and teamwork to maintain a welcoming, well-organized store. Special projects may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays based on store needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Monitor security and handle theft prevention measures.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and conducive to shopping.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics, policies, procedures and handbooks.
• Contribute to mission statement with excellent guest service and positive teamwork.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
