Job summary

Buckle is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate in Cheyenne, WY. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, handle POS transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store. The role supports the store manager and operations staff with flexible scheduling and adherence to company policies.

Candidates should be comfortable standing/walking for long periods, and ready to assist in merchandising, promotions, and guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and theft, and respond accordingly.
• Assist in merchandising tasks and basic displays, stocking fixtures.
• Keep the store clean, organized and inviting for guests.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and internal policies.
• Support other duties as assigned to ensure a positive team environment.
