Job summary

Stonewall Kitchen, LLC in York, ME is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Guest Service Representatives to join our team during the busy holiday season. You will take and process orders, answer inquiries, and help guests with product information while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will handle calls and emails, assist with retail guests, upsell specials, and support corporate gifting inquiries as needed, maintaining Stonewall Kitchen's commitment to the highest level of customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to remain patient and calm with guests.
• Computer literacy, including basic office software.
• Ability to multitask and handle inquiries via phone, email, and mail.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders via phone, fax, and mail.
• Enter orders into computer and provide information and follow up regarding orders and inquiries.
• Proactively manage customer complaints and concerns.
• Explain product information and updates to guests.
• Promote sales through upselling and specials.
• Understand shipping processes and guide guests to appropriate shipping methods.
• Represent Stonewall Kitchen’s commitment to high service levels in written correspondence.
• Process emails from the Guest Service queue.
• Review company materials for accuracy and communicate errors found.
• Serve as the key contact for Corporate Gifting program.
• Fully manage corporate gift orders from initial call to delivery and follow-up.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from potential business partners.
