Job summary

Stonewall Kitchen seeks enthusiastic Seasonal Guest Service Representatives to join during the busy holiday season. Responsible for exceptional customer service, order processing, and problem resolution for guests.

Responsibilities include handling orders by phone, fax, and mail, managing complaints, and promoting sales through upselling while guiding guests on shipping options. Training in corporate gifting and cross-channel communication is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service/retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, stay calm, and handle guest concerns.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks (order entry, emailing).
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and busy periods.
• Able to sit for extended periods and navigate stairs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders via phone, fax, and mail and enter into computer systems.
• Proactively manage customer complaints and concerns.
• Maintain positive relationships with retail guests and provide product information.
• Promote sales through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Explain shipping options and guide guests to appropriate methods.
• Correspond with guests via letter or email to uphold service standards.
• Process emails from the Guest Service queue.
• Review company materials for accuracy and communicate errors.
• Serve as the main contact for Corporate Gifting program and manage gift orders.
