Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Bethesda store. You will educate guests on performance apparel, assist with fittings, and ensure a welcoming, premium environment that reflects our community and culture.

You will move on the floor to engage guests, support store operations, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while upholding our inclusive values and guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to work documentation and local requirements (EMEA only).
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs and store transactions to deliver a seamless experience.
• Move on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with leadership to make improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Restock, present, and maintain store standards for product displays.
