Job summary

Meow Wolf’s Retail & Guest Services Associate role offers a dynamic, guest-facing position in a winter-season setting. You will greet visitors, process ticketing and retail transactions, and guide guests through the space with knowledge of exhibits and policies.

The role supports both the Gift Shop and Exhibition Front-of-House, requires 1–3 years in customer service, and offers up to 29 hours weekly at $18/hour. Seasonal employment with strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning and using POS systems and basic computer software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Sell admission tickets and retail merchandise using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Handle card transactions accurately.
• Share information about Meow Wolf’s exhibits, events, and policies.
• Monitor crowds and exhibits to ensure guest and facility safety; report issues as needed.
• Restock merchandise, conduct inventory counts, and maintain product knowledge.
• Support special events or 21+ functions as needed, following proper safety and access protocols.
