Job summary

Meow Wolf in Las Vegas, NV is hiring two variable, part-time Guest Services Associates to welcome guests and guide their experience. You will assist with ticketing, share information about events, and support overall Exhibition operations on-site.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to learn ticketing and POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an on-site position in a dynamic art environment.

Qualifications

• Strong service skills and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Learn and operate ticketing and point of sale systems.
• Follow and enforce safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about ticketing, upcoming events, Meow Wolf history and more.
• Monitor crowds and assist with crowd control to ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Process ticketing and merchandise transactions.
• Monitor objects and props within the exhibition to ensure proper placement and functionality.
• Provide guests with information about the interactive experience, narrative, and contributing artists.
• Create and maintain a pleasant environment for guests by collaborating with team members to keep the exhibition clean and organized.
• Respond to injuries and emergencies appropriately, including reporting incidents to the manager on duty.
• Fulfill other duties as required by management.
