Job summary

Space Center Houston is seeking temporary Attraction Hosts for the 2026 holiday season (mid-October through early-January) to enhance guest experiences through proactive engagement and clear communication. You will assist guests with directions, show times, exhibits information, and help manage crowd flow in all areas.

You must be able to stand for long periods, work outdoors in varying weather, and be flexible with day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in group settings.
• Willingness to work flexible day/evening/weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Provide information about exhibits, shows, and operations.
• Assist with guest flow and crowd management in all areas.
• Record guest counts as assigned.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety and evacuation procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
• Rotate through zones as scheduled.
