Job summary

Cutwater Spirits in San Diego, CA is seeking Seasonal Floor Staff for a part-time role in our tasting room and kitchen. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food, and bus tables while sharing the Cutwater story and guiding purchases at the retail shop.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a food handler's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days, and 1+ year of food service experience. Nights and weekends are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A food handler's license, or ability to secure one within 30 days of employment.
• 1+ years’ experience working in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome.
• Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions.
• Take orders, deliver food and bus tables.
• Explain the Cutwater Spirits story and product lineup.
• Respond to complaints and help resolve them.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Keep server stations stocked with tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Support Floor Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
