Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role involves greeting customers, processing transactions at the POS, and assisting with merchandising while maintaining store standards.

The position emphasizes flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, with responsibilities including security awareness and adherence to company policies, codes of ethics, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Process guest transactions by operating the POS and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies on payment/exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft prevention.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store policies.
