Gainesville Glows transforms the Gainesville Garden into a winter wonderland featuring sparkling light displays, interactive installations, festive experiences and larger-than-life displays throughout the woodland.

The Gainesville Glows Guest Experience Associate is a part-time seasonal team member supporting ticketing sales, admission to the event, will call tickets, gift shop sales, merchandise cart sales and various other duties. This is a customer-facing role requiring flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude. This position is a part-time temporary position that will start early November and may continue through January 5th.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk 90% of time
• Position requires visual acuity to read details presented on a computer screen
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and card swipe reader
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
