The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will assist guests, process transactions, and support merchandising and store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

This on-site role offers benefits for full-time and part-time teammates, with a focus on guest service, teamwork, and adherence to Buckle’s policies and ethics. Prior experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and be prepared to answer questions about store merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday considerations as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, payments, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security and theft risks and respond appropriately.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to the team with high levels of guest service and teamwork.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
