Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring a Guest Ambassador for Mystic Lake Amphitheater in a part-time seasonal capacity. The role involves proactively engaging guests, sharing venue information, assisting with seating and wayfinding, handling questions on upgrades and merchandise, and supporting event operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in guest service, and strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+ and occasional sitting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.
• Proactively assist guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Answer questions about venue programs such as upgrades or merchandise.
• Assist guests with seating, movements, and locating lost items.
• Direct restroom and concessions lines to shorten guest waiting times.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints.
• Participate in sustainability programs and educate fans about efforts.
• Support staffing levels during peak times as needed.
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue.
• Distribute advertising flyers as needed.
• Check restrooms and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
