Responsibilities

Empty outdoor trash receptacles.
Clean sidewalks of sand/salt/debris.
Ensure all walkways are free of sand/salt/debris.
Lawn care – mowing, weed whacking, raking, etc.
Keep parking lots clear of debris.
Paint curbs, walkway striping, handicap signage.
Meets the company’s guest service standards.
Demonstrates teamwork/gets along well with co-workers.
Is reliable and dependable.
Follows company and departmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrates a positive attitude.
Responds well to constructive criticism.
